'Survivor' recap: The Walking Wounded
After Malakal lost the immunity challenge, we had more ultimately pointless strategy talk as Tracy and Erik desperately tried to persuade Chet, who had suffered a foot injury, not to quit. Honestly, I think Chet quit this game before it even began. We all took Joel to task for acting like a testosterone-fueled jerk, and, well, he kinda did, but I can now see how annoying it must have been to have Chet on your tribe. I never saw him do anything around camp, and he obviously was no help in the challenges. Ultimately, he asked to be voted out, the supreme Survivor cop-out (you reading this, Fairplay?). The whole thing was kind of tragic. Kinda like Ozzy's hair.
What do you think? Did you cry or laugh when Penner had to leave the game? Will anyone miss Chet. Anyone? Bueller? Anyone? Post your thoughts below, and feel free to submit a question to be posed to either Penner or Chet on Survivor Talk.
